Job Description

Credit Supervisor - Healthcare IndustrySalary: £33,000 - £35,000Location: Central LondonHybrid: 3 days in the officeWe are partnering with a large healthcare business based in Central London who are looking for a Credit Supervisor or Senior Credit Controller with supervisory experience to join their international team on a permanent basis. Reporting directly to the CreditManager you will be managing a large healthcare ledger with exposure to private medical insurance companies.Main responsibilities and requirements:

  • Managing a large multimillion pound ledger of live accounts in a highly pressurised and fast paced environment.
  • Experience in supervisor small teams of around 3-4 staff
  • Take responsibility for collections across the ledger while working closely with the cash application and billings team
  • Experienced in dealing with complex queries, while maintaining exceptional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring debt exposure for the group is minimised
  • Understanding complex billing procedures and working closely with the billing and sales teams to minimise billing queries
  • Monthly AR reporting to the Credit Manager.
The successful candidate will have recent experience supervising a team of 3+ Credit Controllers.
