Job Description

Join our community.We are seeking a Credit Risk Stress Testing Manager to support the end to end credit risk stress testing process on either the retail portfolios (Credit Cards, UPLs, Overdrafts or Mortgages) or Corporate portfolios (Commercial Real Estate, Corporate Lendingand Wholesale), depending on experience.You will be driving the model execution, additional analysis, model adjustments and presenting result so senior stakeholders and credit committees. You will play an instrumental role in defining the future of stress testing in the bank, liaising with modeldevelopers and defining requirements for new models and model monitoring.The difference youll make.

  • Operating the existing suite of stress testing models to support stress testing exercises (PRA, EBA, ICAAP, Climate Risk and ad-hoc sensitivity analysis).
  • Using expertise from subject matter expects to inform overlays to model results
  • Summarising and presenting results to governance committees
  • Working with methodology and internal validation to develop the models and put them through the appropriate governance
  • Managing 3 analysts.
What youll bring.
  • A good understanding of financial analysis, planning and modelling.
  • Technical skills: SAS experience and advanced excel skills are a must
It would also be nice for you to have.
  • Preferable to have experience working within the portfolio allocated (Retail or Corporate)
  • Understanding of the various stages of the stress testing process
