•Provide written and verbal feedback to Private Bankers on credit proposals and monitor any additional information required to assist with the progression of these.•Circulate final Credit Proposals to Credit Committee members and monitor responses.•Detail any additional conditionality’s specified by Credit Committee/ Directors onto the electronic copy of the original Credit Proposal. Maintaining a diary of credit related activities, including updates on Open Bridge situations, receipt of reports,update monitoring records and highlight any concerning situations to Head of Credit.•Schedule quarterly Credit Committee review of At Risk connections.•Monthly review of Bad Debt Provisions list in advance of signature by Head of Credit.•Assist in annual update of various policies and procedures. Prepare and circulate weekly Credit Committee Agenda and minutes.•In the absence of the Head of Credit undertake all Credit Committee administrative duties.•Maintain electronic files of all documentation received and distributed, as well as comprehensive e-mail records.•Monitor Excess Reports and ensure returns are accurate, investigating any discrepancies.•Monitor utilisation of reduced ROCE funding ‘pots’, maintaining records of availability.•Provide advice and relevant information to internal and external customers.•Liaise with external lawyers, as required, regarding credit related legal issues that arise. Assist, as directed by the Head of Credit, in undertaking credit related internal audit checks of approved/ drawn facilities.
