Job Title: Credit eTrading Application Developer (Associate) Role status: Open Location: London Job Category: Technology LOB: CIB Role Description: The Credit Tech eTrading team is a business-aligned team of technologists responsible for the electronictrading platform used by the Spread and Public Finance Trading businesses globally. The team designs and builds software for price contribution and trade execution, working closely with the trading desk and with core technology teams. Products traded includecorporate bonds, credit derivatives and mortgage-backed securities. We are looking for an application developer to increase trading automation and to extend our client offering. We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, collaborative developer to join ourteam in London. You should have an aptitude for solving problems with technology and an ability to quickly translate business requirements into a sound technical design and implementation. Key Skills Required:Java and/or Python programming experience in a commercial environment. A proven track recordof designing and delivering high-quality, performant software.Strong grasp of object oriented design and programming. Wide-ranging technical experience, preferably including event-driven programming.Awareness of industry-wide trends and best practices. Creative, quick-thinking, pragmatic, with a strong focus on delivery.Proven organizational skills; decisive priority management; excellent verbal & written communication.Ability to work in collaborative teams to achieve shared goals; passionate aboutbuilding an innovative culture.
