Job Summary Bristol Permanent BBBH785620 Jun 22, 2021 Competitive Job Description Morgan Mckinley are working with a leading and fast growing company based in East Bristol that are looking for a Credit Controller to join their fun and friendly team. YOUR NEW ROLE: You will be reporting into the Credit Control Manager and responsibilitieswill include chasing clients for outstanding debt, setting up payment plans, dealing with queries (external and internal), liaising with the debt collection agency. The role is mostly on the phone coupled with working daily on Excel. WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED:You must have a confident telephone manner and be able to build a rapport with clients whilst getting results and be confident using Excel. You must have also have some experience of working within an office and it would be a massive benefit if you have CreditControl/Debt collection experience.
