Company OverviewYou will be joining a very well-known, prestigious and highly regarded Global Law Firm as their Credit Controller on a full-time, permanent basis. Joining a large team of over 20 people, you will report into the Credit Manager and be supported by two CreditControl Team Leaders on a day to day basis. Based in their modern City of London office 3 days a week, you will have the option to work from home for the remaining 2 days.Role ResponsibilitiesIn your new role, you will be responsible for managing a ledger of up to 450 client accounts (independently), resolving client queries to ensure the payment of debt in a timely manner, preparing client statements, accurately maintaining client collectionrecords, regular/ad-hoc reporting of ledger debt figures, preparing reports in advance of attending Partner meetings, participating in team meetings and liaising with Partners/Fee Earners on regular basis.Role RequirementsIn order to be considered for this role, you will need to possess at least 1-2 years of relevant Credit Control/Credit Management experience within a Legal environment. You will have previously used a Legal Accounting software such as Aderant or Elite, beconfident with the use of Excel to an intermediate level and be a quick learner who is able to pick up new systems/processes in an efficient manner. You will have meticulous attention to detail, be a proactive and enthusiastic self-starter with strong communicationskills and an outstanding work ethic. You will be a collaborative team player who can work well in a team and independently. You will be dynamic, driven and have the ability to manage your own workload. You will be resilient and calm when working in a pressurisedenvironment.In ReturnYou will receive an annual salary of up to £47,000 (depending on experience) + Benefits, and this package will be regularly reviewed to remain in line with market rate.
