Were looking for an organised and personable individualas you will be responsible forthe collection of finances and the resolution of account queries whilst building andmaintaining close links with our clients to ensure the smooth running of accounts, encouraging the timely recovery of payments.Part of Acacium Group,Maxxima has been providing high-quality, flexible staffing solutions to the social and healthcare sectors since 2001.   • Collect debts and customers payments, maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment to meetmonthlycash and debtor targets
  • Resolve queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
  • Handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms
  • Undertake account reconciliations as required, providing accounts information to internal departments when needed
  • Contact customers to ensure all relevant debts are managed as necessary and provide updated statements
