Job Description

Credit controllerAre you an experienced Credit controller, do you want to work in a fast growing recruitmentcompanyAs a credit controller you will be a key member of the finance team with responsibility forseveral important functions while displaying attention to detail and a high level of customerservice. Your Role:

  • All aspects of Credit Control - monitoring and chasing debt to achieve debtor KPIs andtargets
  • Building relationships with key contracts in our clients accountspayable teams
  • Day to day management of the Invoice Discounting system and maintaining the reconciliation to Xero
  • Monitoring debt levels vs credit limits and requesting additional limits where required
  • Assist with preparation of monthly management information and board pack analysis
  • Involvement with Month end and Year end duties
  • Opportunity to develop and take on additional roles and responsibilities within the Finance team as the business grows
What are we looking for
  • Ideally you will have a worked in a recruitment company previously
  • Experience with credit control and Invoicefinancehighlydesirable
  • Experienceofmonthend,yearendandmanagementaccounts
  • We would welcome applications from candidates that are Part Qualified or studying towards accounting qualification
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Experience with accounting packages like Xero or QuickBooks
  • Proven ability to work to dead lines
  • Attention to detail
  • Ambitious to develop and grow into a future FC
