Job Description

A Global Social Media Company based in London is seeking a Production Manager to join their team on a contract basis for 12 months.The team are looking for a specialist to own how we create & manage content and assets to tell the stories. They will be collaborative in nature and motivated both by the creativity of bringing a story to life, as well as the processes and strategicinsights to get there. They will need experience working across many parts of an organisation and autonomously managing complex workstreams. This role will be both strategic and executional, starting with the planning process and moving into execution forboth large and scalable solutions.Duties:

  • Own & refine the stories-collecting and approvals process across vendors and projects, teammates
  • Own the consistent and proactive sharing of stories with leadership, XFNs via Inspiration Hub, monthly newsletters/updates and further Internal Comms strategies
  • Identify and approve stories in line with core narratives - aka find the "magic" in the story to make it noteworthy, set up processes to validate testimonials
  • Own the forecasting for identification & demand, driving identification pillar strategies by market; meeting agreed SLAs with internal teams for the kinds of stories they need
  • Manage the XFN teams of copywriters, in-language programme POCs, translations, legal, and more to create and optimise the processes required to go from an interview to a well-written and executed story for use
  • Liaise with global teams to align on critical processes, and localise / be the voice of the region to promote our unique needs - tools, forms, technical process, marketing technologies
  • Responsible for approvals, tracking renewals and group removals; and consolidating feedback to Identification process to improve activation quality
  • Understand, manage, report on the key technical, functional barriers to delivery and surfacing proactive solutions to drive the right outcomes
  • Dedicate 30% of time to support Activations Lead in connecting the right SMB with promotional opportunities (only when necessary)
Skills and experience:
  • Strong project management skills and proactive communication approach
  • Understanding of apps and technologies and how these tools can be used for SMB growth
  • Proven experience working with copywriting and content teams to deliver on policy, comms, and product needs
  • Fluency in spoken and written English; proficiency in one or more other European languages a plus.
  • Vetted and proven experience in influencer strategies desirable
  • Vetted and proven experience in influencer program marketing and management desirable
  • Creative thinker and marketer
  • Experience managing agencies and vendors
  • Experience as a cross-functional influencer and partner
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Executive presence and stakeholder management
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic culture
