A creative Photographic and Style management Agency based in the heart of Soho are looking to hire a temporary Office Assistant on a rolling temporary contract.JOB ROLE: Creative Office AssistantCOMPANY: Photography and Style Management AgencyHOURS: Full time, Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm - they will also consider 3 days per weekSALARY: £12.00 per hourLOCATION: Soho, LondonCULTURE: Luxury / Creative offices, working within a friendly busy environmentBENEFITS: 29 days holiday*, retailer discounts, free eye care vouchers, incentivesCreative Office Assistant to work 3 or 5 days a week in the office in Soho, London on a rolling temporary basis.Office days are Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday but subject to change. Responsibilities include but not limited to:General office admin tasks such as answering phone calls, replying to emails, and maintaining office supplies.Diary management for agents including scheduling appointments, meetings, and shoots.Communicating with clients to collate artists work post-shoot and keeping artists archives up to date.Social media scheduling, including creating and scheduling social media posts for the agency.Keeping on top of shoot release dates and working into the social schedule to ensure timely and effective promotion.Creating and maintaining up-to-date contact list spreadsheets for the agency and artists.Updating and maintaining artists portfolios on the website.Uploading news to the website, including new artist work and other agency updates.Managing weekly mail outs of artists work to contact databases.Skills and ExperienceStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Canva, Google Suite, and social media platforms is preferred but not a requirement
