Job Description

Our client, a global Music Company seeks a Brand facing Creative Director to drive output within its brand partnerships division, for both music labels and brand clients.Key responsibilities will include:

  • Curating impactful marketing and content ideas for brand partnerships and label projects.
  • Formulating inspiring creative pitches as a response to briefs that will resonate across existing and emerging digital platforms.
  • Generating useful ideas for brand partners, taking the creative and strategic lead.
  • Designing decks that showcase innovative creative ideas and design capabilities.
  • Presenting your creative vision’s impact on business goals.
  • Improving processes and practices that will facilitate creative thinking within your team.
  • Ensuring design aesthetic adheres to brand and artist standards.
  • Building a cohesive brand look and spearheading brand maintenance and evolution.
  • Managing creative brainstorming sessions with internal and external teams.
  • Updating knowledge of new creative technologies, trends and the competitive landscape to inspire the wider team.
  • Acting as a creative leader for clients and forming productive relationships with them.
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience working with and pitching creative solutions to corporate clients as well as experience ideally in-house working on creative content.
  • Superlative design portfolio that showcases creative work for well-known brands, particularly corporate clientele.
  • Experience delivering pitch presentations with innovative ideas and strategies to clients.
  • Excellent copywriting and design skills.
  • Proven experience creating culturally relevant solutions and running campaigns for brands.
  • Able to work within tight timeframes at high standards, managing workflow efficiently.
  • Experience working directly with music talent and industry creators to collaborate on campaigns.
  • Previous collaborations with motion designers, technologists, live production teams, product designers and vendors to deliver on projects.
  • Understanding of the music industry through previous experience working on creative content for music and brands.
  • Comprehensive understanding of budgeting and scheduling.
  • Strong communication and organisation skills.
  • IT knowledge and experience with presentation as well as design software; PowerPoint, Keynote, Photoshop, InDesign or similar.
