Role: Creative Designer (After effects)Contract Length: 3 monthsLocation: LONDON - remote at presentIR35: In scopeDay rate: up to £189.91 umbrella / £140.10 PAYESecurity clearance: BPSS This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Creative Designer with After Effect / motions graphics knowledge to join a leading Government organisation. You will be responsible for developing the Content and Creative departments motion graphics capabilities, applying a thorough understanding of the business and brand and highly developed multimedia skills to superb integrated visual communications. Responsibilities include: * Oversee and deliver story boards, concepts, and compelling multimedia content using highly developed skills in motion graphics, video and photographic packages with an emphasis on motion graphics for web and social media content * Manage and deliver multimedia projects, from briefing through research, storyboard, location management and direction, and make best use of the contributions of external suppliers and other members of Content and Creative department * Oversee and deliver multimedia projects, leading cross-disciplinary project teams, procuring and briefing external support and manage project delivery * Work with colleagues in the team to plan, prioritise and schedule multimedia team workload, internal capacity and external suppliers to maximise output * Lead project teams that collaboratively apply specialist graphic design, multimedia, copywriting, motion graphics, social media and other skills to integrated communications plans * Write clear briefs based on an understanding of audiences, channels and business needs and provide professional advice on using the multimedia teams expertise to support integrated communications plans * Ensure the multimedia teams skills and tools are continuously developed and reflect industry best practice The successful candidate* Previous worked as a Creative Designer, multimedia producer or similar * Multimedia skills - adobe after effect / Motion graphics * Good illustration skills * Able to work collaboratively across the team * Technology background would be advantageous * Experience upskilling others * Exceptional IT skillsSubmit your CV now to be considered for this fantastic opportunity to work with a leading organisation.Advantage Resourcing is a service driven recruitment consultancy.
