Job Description

An international, sensational beauty retailer is on the search for their newest digital designer where youll be providing guidance and support on overall creative direction as well as influencing businesses in seeking new and innovative ways to presenttheir products to enhance customer engagement.You will also be allocating and project managing activity and mentoring within the design studio. Youll be working closely with the Creative Services Manager to ensure briefs are allocated and managed efficiently. You will be a hands on mentor and coachthe designers, artworkers and videographers to support their ongoing development.Key Responsibilities:

  • Take an active part in briefing processes alongside the Creative Services Manager to ensure briefs are well crafted and requirements clearly understood
  • Conduct user journey planning where required to help stakeholders identify opportunities to maximise engagement
  • Lead the allocation of briefs across the team ensuring skills and engagement is maximised
  • Oversee workflow and track team projects from brief to delivery to ensure projects are delivered on time
  • Conduct quality control of selected projects providing constructive feedback and pre-proof support
  • Support Creative Services Manager with process improvement across the team, ensuring ideas and
  • opportunities are exploited and put into practice.
  • Work with allocated briefs and translate to design concepts
Key Skills:
  • Editing & retouching of imagery
  • Creating & editing video/animation
  • Ability to communicate with various members in the department as well as key stakeholders
  • Ability to project manage successfully with amazing organisational skills
  • Proficient in all Adobe Creative Suite programmes including: After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro
