Job Description

Our Purpose – building better financial futures.The role We have an exciting opportunity for an Commercial real estate Loan Account Manager to join us in our London offices. This is a great role for somone who would like to take their first step in to Commercial real estate, experious of this market is not essential.Bergen is the UK’s CRE (Commercial Real Estate) teampart of the Arrow Global Group. This is a dynamic, non-process driven environment. It is a small, collaborative team where trust and the ability to ‘think outside the box’ is essential. No two days are the same and a creative, flexible approach to work is required. The role encompasses account management, due diligence, reporting and aspects of property management.The responsibilities within the role will include the following and you will recieve appropiate support/training to enable you to deliver the tasks below:

  • Account management of Commercial Real Estateloans
  • Overall responsibility for all Loan Account Management Reports
  • Ownership of Loan Management System (data entry and systems management)
  • Daily income tracking and reconciliation to bank reports
  • Assist with new deal Due Diligence (road trips, assimilating presentations etc.)
  • Financial / Borrower analysis – provision of financial, property and borrower analysis for decision making purposes
  • Liaison with third parties – lawyers, bailiffs, auctioneers and other agents etc.
  • Skills were looking for:
  • Good excel / IT skills
  • Interpersonal skills – team member with strong communication skills (internal and external).
  • Ability to deal rapidly with change.
  • A flexible team player with a desire to learn.
  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment.
  • Ability to ‘think outside the box’.
  • Degree would be ideal but not essential.
  • A desire to learn about commercial real estate.
