Each clinic will have testing running on a regular basis, hours would be either 8 or 6 hours per day depending on which clinic assigned to. The role is initially until February 2021 and may be extended thereafter. Successful applicants must have high levels of availability and commitment.Successful applicants will be supporting the delivery of testing for service users that visit the Covid-19 Test Clinic. Candidates must be available to start on 11th January 2021 and will need to attend an online training session prior to the start date.Responsibilities:· Support the Covid Test Clinic and provide a high quality service for each visitor· Meet and greet visitors upon arrival and provide instructions· Provide instruction and guidance in effective test taking· Cleaning and sterilisation of equipment and disposing of medical waste· Manage test kit stocks and ordering more as required· Receive and distribute supplies· Process swabs, complete the validation of the loading of the sample, read out bar-code and result, mark the test with pen. Full training will be provided.· Own the data entry of results for sharing with national programme· Work with processing operative to ensure validity of data and resultsRequirements:· Customer service experience and experience working with members of the public· High levels of availability and commitment· High levels of accuracy and a keen eye for detail· Flexible attitude· Ability to work as part of a teamAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
