Job Description

Our client is a leading private medical clinic.They are looking for skilled Covid-19 Express Test Order Tracker to join their team supporting their Customer Service, Lab and Results TeamThe ideal candidate is a organised, methodical and able to work under pressure. Ideally from a Logistics or Supply Chain and order management background. Any experience of working in a private medical business suppling Covid-19 tests and Covid-19 Expresstests would be a huge advantage.Looking for Immediate Starters. Hours 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am 4 days on, 4 days offKey Duties:

  • Actively monitoring all Covid-19 Test Express Orders
  • Liaise with Logistics/couriers to ensure prompt collection of the Covid-19 Express Test package and return to Lab
  • Maintain and Manage a global Express tracker, recording key timeline steps including Covid-19 SWAB collection time, courier collection, Laboratory delivery, Plating, IN PCR, through to Covid-19 results being issued to our results team
  • Reporting on daily Covid-19 Test Express, in terms of meeting deadlines, collating issues, troubleshooting
  • Proactive issue management, reporting back to B2C & B2B where an issue is likely, or occurring
  • Point of Contact for rest of business relating to queries and tracking of Covid-19 Test Express Orders
