Counselling Psychologist - Private outpatient Clinic - hybrid £45,000 to £52,000 Permanent Full time or 30 hours p/w 9am - 5.30pm Chelsea - London Overview Compass Associates are proud to be supporting highly specialised day treatment clinic with the search for an experienced Psychologist to join their team in Chelsea on a permanent basis. You will join the team of a family-owned company whose aim is deliver thebest therapeutic quality to their patients. As a part of Multidisciplinary Team, you will work in clean and modern facilities nestled in a discreet location in the heart of Chelsea, with 6 consulting rooms, 3 group therapy rooms, a large patient lounge, a relaxation area and a fully fitted, modern trainingkitchen, helping rehabilitate patients experiencing conditions such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, (OCD), stress, low mood, emotional trauma, mental health crisis, low self-esteem, or Biopolar Disorder. Responsibilities -Complete a psychological assessment with patients and attend MDT meeting to review each patient on a regular basis. -Assess risk and develop a management plan for the psychological components of care and treatment. -To manage a caseload of individual therapies, groups therapies, key-working and other clinical roles as needed. -To develop, deliver and monitor the treatment programme with the MDT -To clinically supervise Assistant Psychologists and/or other clinical staff as appropriate. -To provide clinical consultation, mentorship, supervision, and advice about psychological issues to other members of the team.
