Job Description

Role: - Cosmetics Regulatory CoordinatorLocation: - South LondonSalary: - CompetitiveHours: - On site Monday-FridayRussell-Taylor Group have a fantastic opportunity for an individual in personal care/cosmetics who has a minimum of 2 years cosmetic regulatory experience and claims related working experience to join an exceptionally fast-growing Cosmetics company in South London.Responsibilities

  • Conducting in- house claims using specific analysis equipment
  • Conduct product sensory evaluations in house and ambassador group
  • Be able to answer any customer and ambassador queries
  • Organise the external clinical studies with several clinical laboratories
  • Working on cosmetics regulatory checks for formulation
    • The Person
  • BSc/MSc degree in biochemistry or molecular biology
  • At least 2 years experience in claims related work in cosmetics OR personal care
  • Solid understanding of Skin and Hair biological composition/structure
  • Understanding of cosmetic active ingredients and what these benefits are
  • Experience of using skin analysis equipments (Corneometer, Sebometer, cutometer or gloss meter)
  • Positive "can do attitude"
  • Enthusiasm for cosmetic products (ideally sustainable/natural products)
  • Ability to work within a team
