Company DescriptionSalary:£21,000 to £23,000 pa depending on industry experience within energy and/or telco, plus an additional £500 on passing probationHours:40 hours across 5 days per week (Were open 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday & 8:45am to 4:30pm Saturdays; inclusive of Bank Holidays)Location:Working from home (UK only)Start Date:30th January 2023Required:Smartphone with a minimum: Androidphones9 and later versionsApplephones.   • Answer customer queries with the aim of a first time resolution
  • Respond to queries within our agreed response time
  • Provide the best Customer Care experience to all customers
  • Achieve KPIs such as productivity per hour, complaints FCR%, Call email/quality,
  • observing compliance and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve queries effectively
  • Youll need to be eligible to live and work in the UK

  • Excellent customer service skills including questioning, listening and establishing rapport
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal

  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities between calls and emails
  • Ambitious and willing to accept new challenges
  • Good absence and punctuality record
  • It would be preferred if you are trained in all Energy skills however, the minimum requirement is Energy Residential skill
