Corporate Tax Senior - Top 50 firm Central London (Hybrid working) £40,000 to £45,000 Butler Rose, public practice is delighted to be supporting our client, a distinguished and well established Top 50 mid-tier accounting firm, that are keen to appoint a highly skilled and ambitious Corporate Tax Senior. Role Requirements - Based at the firms London West End offices office, and reporting to our Corporate Tax Director & Partner, you will assist in managing a diverse portfolio of clients, mainly OMBs including listed companies and international groups. Review tax computations prepared by our audit department Manage client relationships and identify new opportunities Identify ways to maximise the client relationship and deliver added value Deal with HMRC enquiries and escalate where necessary Identify tax planning opportunities Carry out technical research Manage WIP and raise bills Assist in providing tax training to our Audit personnel Person Requirements - Ideally ATT qualified and/or studying towards the CTA or equally, an individual who is an AAT/ACA/ACCA qualified accountant who now wants to focus their career on becoming a Tax specialist. Strong technical tax compliance knowledge Ability to build rapport quickly with all stakeholders Evidence of reviewing corporation tax returns and problem solving Confident decision maker Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience of preparing and reviewing tax notes for accounts Proficient in the use of accounting software such as Alphatax This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join this outstanding accounting firm of choice that offers real progression and an enviable range of company benefits.
