Job Description

A leading firm in chartered accountancy and tax advisory services seeks an Assistant Manager for its corporation tax specialist team. The Role:

  • Manage client portfolios, including companies and groups.
  • Review and oversee tax computations and documents.
  • Liaise with HMRC on tax inquiries.
  • Provide advisory services on various tax issues such as R&D tax relief, business structuring, and international tax matters.
  • Complete EMI and EIS/SEIS documentation.
Person Specification:
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work efficiently.
  • Strong client communication and negotiation skills.
  • Capable of working independently and within a team.
Required Competencies:
  • Experienced in managing client portfolios.
  • Background in tax advisory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Alpha tax software.
