An exciting opportunity has arisen within this resurgent and highly progressive medium -sized firm to undertake a critical role within the flourishing corporate tax team. The role is wide-ranging and will involve supervising the supervisors , seniors and junior staff to assist in managing complex compliance work as well as assisting the partners with a large number of advisory and consultancy projects.The advisory work is extremely varied and offers exposure to M& A work (embracing due diligence ,structuring and finance ) , bespoke tax planning and consulting , exit planning , share schemes , EIS and SEIS investment , inward investment and internationalstructuring .The client base within the team is predominantly large owner managed businesses which include a number in the media and property sectors. Ideally, you will be an existing manager or assistant corporate tax manager keen to move into a tax manager role. In addition, you will possess the ACA/ACCA and CTA qualification and the drive and ambition to progress to partnership.
