Job Description

About the role: Lead Corporate Security Operations in the EMEA region as part of the Global Corporate Security team reporting directly to the Global Security Director, overseeing the Corporate Security program including both operations and systems domains for the EMEA region.Primary responsibilities include managing physical security operations, design and oversight of security access control and CCTV systems, conducting risk assessments, regional crisis management program support, and security training and awareness. Minimize impact of potential security events by advising senior leaders on threat identification and contingency management. What you will be doing:

  • Enhance the Physical Security posture in the EMEA region.
  • Establish strong working relationships and trust with key leaders and teams in the region.
  • Align team members to a common purpose and bring the team together to operate as a high performing organization.
  • Establish strong working relationships with key individuals and teams across the offices within EMEA that will be essential to accomplishing the regional objectives.
  • Act as liaison with national and international security organizations (such as OSAC).
  • Implement security reporting. Assess all bids for security considerations.
  • Liaise with Functional and operational management to determine security needs and ensuring that they are met.
  • Commission additional security services according to the identified needs of the Company.
  • Communicates effectively with colleagues to address complex physical security and life safety issues.
  • Prepares and reviews activity reports as requested by management.
  • Coordinates and implements physical security operations and activities to ensure protection of assets while ensuring optimal use of personnel and equipment.
  • Works with business teams to ensure corporate (physical) security initiatives are understood and implemented.
  • Develops and ensures services in response to various risks and threats.
  • Researches and deploys state-of-the-art technology solutions and innovative corporate security management techniques to safeguard organizational assets.
  • Experience designing security for new buildings or facilities, to include placement of access control systems, cameras, and visitor management systems.
  • Define, plan, coordinate, drive and execute security upgrades, retrofits, of security projects.
  • Develops close working relationships with management, company peers and industry counterparts to ensure alignment of company goals with current corporate security industry and regulatory trends.
  • Keeps senior management apprised on the status of security issues and initiatives.
  • Assists in establishing department financial goals and objectives and ensures all objectives and expectations are met.
  • Identifies security gaps and opportunities and develops appropriate mitigation recommendations and plans from a multidisciplinary perspective.
  • Conduct investigations into security involving topics such as, but not limited to assaults, threats, harassment, stalking or unusual interest, fraud, theft, and other property crimes, which may include interviews, camera review, and appropriate documentation.
  • Conduct routine risk/threat assessments and make recommendations as needed to mitigate risk.
  • Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in the performance of essential job functions. Remain flexible to ever changing environment; adapt well to different situations.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.
What you bring:
  • Demonstrated experience managing large scale projects with multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Highly proficient in all Microsoft / Google applications; ability to learn and use new platforms.
  • Masters an understanding of the regulatory and audit requirements with respect to corporate security and privacy issues.
  • Extensive knowledge of security technologies (access control, CCTV, visitor management).
  • Proficiency in interacting with executive level clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in time management, communications, decision making, presentation and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in planning, reporting, establishing goals and objectives, standards, priorities and schedules.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization
  • Proficiency in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with employees and clientsProficiency in managing teams and projects.
  • Ability to work without close supervision.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree in in law enforcement, criminal justice, security or related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. What we offer you:
