Meraki Talent have been engaged to assist with the onboarding of a Corporate Restructuring Manager for their Chartered Accountancy client in Central Glasgow. The Company Our client is one of Scotlands oldest and most well-established Chartered Accountancy firms. They have been leading the way across the Scottish marketplace for close to 100 years and do not look like stopping any time soon. They currently provide Accountancy services in the fields of Audit, Business Advisory, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning, Restructuring and Tax. The Role The role of Corporate Restructuring Manager has become available as the business goes through a sustained period of growth across several of its service channels, making this an exciting time to join a leading practice. As a Corporate Restructuring Manager, you will take charge of a growing team made up of Assistant Mangers, Seniors, Assistants and Administrators. Duties and Responsibilities Assisting in the management of a busy team Providing guidance and sharing best practice on complex matters Mentoring, coaching, and guiding junior members of staff Reviewing processes and systems and implementation of appropriate improvements Managing complex sequestration caseloads Identifying and investigating transactions Recall of sequestration where and when required As a Corporate Restructuring Manager, you will manage a portfolio of corporate cases, maintain a busy case diary which you shall progress where appropriate. You will be expected to develop business opportunities where appropriate and support marketing campaigns to ensure the smooth delivery of company and department content. You will be a client focused individual and a natural leader who can work effectively as part of a team as well as possessing the ability to lead from the front and share best practice within your team. Experience For the role Corporate Restructuring Manager, the below criteria are Essential.
