The Role:The M&G CR team manages corporate responsibility activities across the business: devising community investment initiatives; measuring impact and spend; tracking performance against annual competitor benchmarking; coordinating ESG and CR reporting; as well asdetermining where the business can have the greatest social impact. Reporting to the Group Head of Corporate Responsibility, youll demonstrate the business value of Corporate Responsibility (CR) - balancing your passion for the issues with a thorough understanding of the commercial implications. Youll need to look externally and be able to analyse CR developments in the market, interpreting everything from market research and government consultation papers to benchmark trends. Youll also attend networking events. Youll support the team to help shapeCR policy development and help devise and support implementation strategies. Drawing on your diplomatic skills, youll interact with internal departments and partner organisations to secure their commitment to CR programmes.
