Job Description

Job title: Corporate Membership ManagerLocation: City of London/RemoteOur client has a passion for innovation in the insurance industry, so provides a community for likeminded people to meet and join forces. By pulling together different groups and individuals, opportunities offered by new technology can be maximised.Building strong relationships is at the heart of what they do and they are now looking for a corporate membership member to aid them with this and provide new strategies for scale!Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding of new corporate members (welcome email, contracts, identifying key people)
  • Support and follow up sales calls with the partners
  • Managing engagement for news items, speaking opportunities, members events etc
  • Work with marketing to ensure good visibility at events
  • Work with marketing to maximise appeal and exposure of membership via website
  • Maintaining high satisfaction of members as measured by KPIs which you will help design and measure
  • Gaining referrals and testimonials from members, growing amount of engagement from companies
  • Informal and structured survey of members to understand their needs, gain key information of the company and their needs
  • Develop and expand the offerings we can make to members
  • Annual billing of membership renewals, develop systems which enable scale
  • Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent education/working experience
  • Serveral years’ experience working with customers from multiple companies in technology or financial services/insurance businesses
  • Proven experience in sales and generating revenue
  • Passion for technology and innovation
  • Demonstrated experience and success in building processes and systems leading to growth
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, strong project management skills, attention to detail and a desire to improve processes
  • Commercially driven
  • Ability to work remotely and travel and work in London
