As part of this reputable firm in the City of London, the role will see you as part the M&A team within the Corporate Sector, working for both public and private clients, specifically in the technology, financial services and natural resources sectors, anda solid M&A practice in the SME space. To be successful in your application, you will: - Be a qualified solicitor or legal executive. - Have a minimum of 1PQE (However less experienced candidates are welcome to apply). - Have previous experience in M&A and general corporate law. - Be a friendly and outgoing lawyer to gel with a close-knit team.
