One of Londons finest independent restructuring practices has just signed off on an important hire for a Corporate Insolvency Senior Manager. The firm has grown significantly in the past 2-3 years and they have been consistently winning recent awards fortheir outstanding rescue and restructuring work.The work flow will mostly be focused on corporate insolvency appointments including Administrations, both trading and pre-packs, accelerated sale processes, Liquidations and Voluntary Arrangements. You will also help assist the firm with more advisory basedprojects which will involve cash flow forecasting, contingency planning and option reviews. If you have any experience of Independent Business Reviews (IBRs), that is advantageous but not essential. The key is to hire an experience corporate insolvency professionalwho can lead a team on formal insolvency engagements.As the Corporate Insolvency Senior Manager, you will be working on a mix of larger and smaller engagements, which will keep your work challenging and offer you the opportunity to grow and develop the team reporting directly into you.You will set case strategy with the Partners and be responsible for leading on the larger and more complex appointments. Your team will be expected to progress corporate cases from cradle to grave and so monitoring case WIP against budgets and ensuring complianceacross all case files will form a key part of your role as their manager.Culturally, the firm is very dynamic and innovative. They arealso a paperless office and have fully embraced a hybrid home and office working structure.To be shortlisted for the role, you must be an experienced insolvency professional with strong team management skills and the ability to work on and oversee all forms of corporate insolvency. Administrations experience is a must and any advisory restructuringexperience is beneficial but not essential.JIEB and/or ACA/ACCA is also desirable but the right level and type of experience counts for more.
