Strong development pipeline, and acquiring further sites.ROLE OVERVIEWBased in central London, the role will have involvement in a wide range of transactions relating to the acquisiton, funding and disposal of developments as well as other corporate matters.You will have responsibility for corporate and structuring aspects of transactions relating to the acquisition, development, operation, funding (including joint ventures and forward funding arrangements)and disposal of schemes.Other aspects of the opportunity will include:-transaction structuring and tax planning-evaluation of investor bids and co-investment proposals-source, compare and negotiate terms for debt funding requirements-execute debt funding arrangements-determine and execute hedging strategy-undetaking financial modelling for the above-maintain knowledge of corporate, structuring, financing and tax matters relevant to the sector to proactively guide the approach within the group and brief othersYOUR EXPERIENCEYou could come from a variety of backgrounds, but critical will be the following:-Keen intellectual ability coupled with exceptional commercial acumen-Sophisticated understanding of financial modelling-Gravitas to deal with senior people. Ability to read a room and to contribute with sensible options and ideas-An ability to understand risks and implications-Can understand the wider context. Can look ahead-Highly organised.
