Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to work in for a full service Holborn based law firm, where you can take on a mix of both ECM and corporate M&A transactions.You can expect to work on both private M&A and IPOs. Their client base spans across the financial and professional services, energy and technology sectors.The Firm

What You’ll Need
  • 1-4 PQE as a Corporate & ECM Associate.
  • Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
  • Experience working on AIM and Aquis deals.
  • Trained with a City or international law firm in London.
The Opportunity
  • You will work on M&A, IPO’s, VC and PE investments.
