TheCorporate Development Director will be responsible for building and implementing a cohesive acquisition and investment strategy that will support and drive the companys growth and expansion in EMEA. You will work closely with the companys senior leadershipteam to drive effective M&A execution and align stakeholders around a common strategic blueprint for growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor to the EMEA leadership team on topics related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic investments andother critical transactions. You will also lead their relationships in EMEA with founders, CEOs, and the investment community and position the group to have exceptional visibility into the technology, talent and market traction of emerging and establishedcompanies that could become eventual acquisition targets. In addition, you will be responsible for managing an evergreen pipeline of potential deals, working closely with EMEA business leadership to prioritise targets, diligence products and teams, facilitatenegotiations, close deals and ensure successful integration. The successful candidate will be a seasoned and strategic corporate development executive with a significant deal leadership track record. You will bring experience leading cross-functional matrixeddeal teams and have a proven track record of end-to-end success on deal management, including identification, evaluation, deal negotiation, and integration. First class communication skills are essential as you will be leading conversations with potentialtarget companies, intelligently assessing the company and its management, and leading due diligence. You will be able to demonstrate strong financial acumen and creative, data-driven investment analysis capabilities and the ability to present the leadershipteam and Board of Directors with a firm, objective and independent point of view.
