Corporate Development Executive, Global Business We are now working with a global, market leading business. They are highly acquisitive, and are keen to make new acquisitions over the next few years. T hey are now looking to add a Corporate developmentexecutive to their team, who will work as part of their London based corporate development and strategy group. The role will focus on:Analysis of potential acquisitions and investmentsSupporting the Head of M&A on deals in managing the due diligenceprocessAssisting in preparing investment proposals and company and market analysis when appropriateAssisting in business integration and project managementSupport the internal business development teams in their review of the M&A pipelineScreeningand evaluation of all M&A opportunitiesLiaising with country management teams around the worldPreparing and updating Investment Cases and formulating recommendations for the Investment Committee They are interested in meeting people who will have a backgroundas follows: - Investment bankers at the 2nd or 3rd year analyst level - Corporate development professionals - Advisors from Big Four Firms - Other analysts, with investment experience, looking to move into a corporate role
