Job Description

Business Support Officer / Interim (3 Months) / NHS South West London / £95.55 to £117.45 per dayAre you looking for an opportunity to work for the NHS then look no further because this role is a perfect opportunity for you!If you are immediately available and have previous administrative experience you would be ideal for this role.This role offers hybrid working but will require you to travel to the office in South West London for meetings (2 days per month minimum).Role Details

Daily Duties
  • To support the SWL ICS CEO, SWL ICS Chair and Chief of Staff in managing their workload, provide administrations support and diary management where required.
  • Support the EA to SWL ICS CEO and ICS Chair with administrative duties to ensure the efficient management of the Corporate Office.
  • Co-ordinate the arrangements of organisational, senior level meetings and workshops internally and externally.
  • Prepare agendas and take minutes at Director level meetings and producing these to a high standard in a timely manner maintaining a full understanding of the context of the meeting.
  • Liaise with colleagues at a senior level within the organisation and other statutory and external organisations, including NHS England, Trust CEOs and senior teams, GPs and local authorities.
  • Receive telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring as much information, guidance and help is given as is possible.
  • Promptly and accurately produce: letters, memos, reports, tables, minutes, and other documents, as required.
