Our client, a reputable international bank located in the heart of City of London, is urgently looking for a Corporate Banking Officer who will process and administrate the banks direct and syndicated lending, loan agency business, process agent business regarding the debt financing.[Key Responsibilities](1) Support Corporate Banking Team for preparing strategy and plans for review by Senior Management for the development of banking business.(2) Assist management of Corporate Banking Team for all aspects of the banks loan book.(3) Support Corporate Banking Team for all aspects of loan syndication, write credit applications to provide credit team for credit approval process in need.(4) Support Corporate Banking Team for all aspects of the legal documentation process.(5) Administration for all loan agency work and debt financing process agency work undertaken by the Branch.(6) Responsibility for supporting Credit Manager in the case of loan approvals.(7) Prepare the prompt filing of all reporting requirements to Head Office.(8) Liaise with other departments of the bank on all matters of new issues, participations and the funding thereof and prepare a situation report on such to the Risk Management Committee (RMC).(9) Perform all other duties as may be reasonably be requested by the Head of Corporate Banking and the team.[Requirements](1) Must have relevant corporate banking experience or UK degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Management if with no relevant experience(2) Excellent analytical thinking skill and attention to details(3) Excellent Microsoft Office skills(4) Good communication skills and team player(5) Any Korean language skill or experience with East Asian culture preferred but NOT essential[Conditions](1) Location: City of London (Bank area)(2) Working hours: 9am~5pm(3) Annual leave: 23 working days in the first full calendar year and thereafter increased by one day per year into maximum of 28 working days (excluding 8 Bank/Public Holidays)(4) Basic salary: 25~40K (depending on experience)(5) Benefits: Group Personal Pension Scheme (Employer contributes 8% of basic salary), Life Assurance, Private Medical and Dental Insurance, Annual Health Check, Season Ticket Loan, Eye care Voucher, Annual Bonus Scheme(full calendar year required)[Before you apply](1) The right candidate must be eligible to work full-time in UK immediately without any visa restriction.
