Job Summary London Permanent BBBH792612 Sep 08, 2021 Competitive Job Description Morgan McKinley are working with a top tier international law firm who are seeking a Solicitor to join their high quality equity capital markets team. The role: Joining ateam with an enviable reputation, acting for corporates and investment banks on ECM transactions. The role will involve advising on a range of cross-border transactions, including public company takeovers, private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures,capital reconstructions and demergers. You will coordinate matters and work streams, acting as lead associate on some client matters and part of a wider team on larger instructions. The role will include project management; delegation of work to juniors, keepingpartners and senior associates informed and assisting partners to monitor and control progress against agreed objectives, scope, timelines and budgets. Requirements: The role will suit an associate of 2-4 years PQE with broad corporate experience (inc equitycapital markets) who is looking to develop their knowledge OR an ECM specialist. Solid drafting, negotiation and project management skills are essential, as well as a drive to continuously improve.
