Corporate & Commercial Solicitor - modern, legal 500 firm is seeking a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor 3-5 years PQE to join their newly refurbished office in South East London. There will be a split of office / remote working 2-3 days per week They offera competitive salary alongside a generous bonus of 33% on anything billed over 3 times salary. The Role They are seeking to hire a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor with 3-5 years PQE experience to join their growingCorporate & Commercial department, based in South East London. The team consists of a partner, 3 fee earners and paralegal and administration support staff. This is an excellent opportunity to work with their experienced partner giving you an excellent levelof exposure for your years of PQE. You will be handling a wide range of corporate transactional work, including Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Share Buybacks, Demergers, Reorganisations, Management Buy-Outs and Buy-Ins, Shareholders Agreement andgeneral advisory work, as well as drafting, negotiating and advising on a variety of commercial contracts. There is a genuine opportunity for career progression with this role. Requirements * You will be a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor up to 3-5 years PQE* You will possess good business judgement and strong interpersonal skills * You will have strong financial and commercial awareness * A meticulous eye for detail * You will be an ambiguous individual who wants to progress in their career Remuneration * Competitivesalary based on experience and generous bonus of 1/3 on anything billed above 3 times salary.
