Job Description

Contribute to the online education for the top academicsand over 50 universities around the world!This is a fantastic opportunity for a meticulous and motivated individual with excellent attention to detail and writing skills, to join the team as a Copyright and Permissions Administrator.The key purpose of this role is to obtain copyright approval for all images within the online lectures. You will be responsible for liaising with both external publishers and the internal production team to ensure that all images have received the correctapprovals prior to their publication.Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Written and verbal communication with various external companies and individuals.
  • Use of various online databases & search engines to locate full references/sources.
  • Negotiation of favourable rates and the securing of rights for figures/photos.
  • Ensure that licenses are requested, executed, and paid in a timely manner.
The CandidateThis role would be ideal for a recent graduate with some office/administration experience.
  • Minimum 2:1 degree in a research-based subject.
  • Exceptional grasp of English language (written and spoken).
  • Articulate, with the ability to write creatively.
  • Highly organised with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Proven experience in an office environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
