Our client, a globally renowned talent and entertainment company, is seeking temporary cover for a Coordinator, Client Payments & Cash Management.Key responsibilities will include:· Administering the control of outgoing/incoming deposits.· Ensuring accurate designation of incoming/outgoing funds for Cash team.· Serving as a key point of contact for the Client Payment team.· Reconciling artist account balance against show balances.· Generating artist payout reports using NetSuite.· Preparing statements to artists and obtaining agents’ approval.· Building relationships with managers, agents, and artists.· Supporting with queries regarding client payment issues, re-allocations, incorrect payments and so on.· Coordinating with the agent teams and Client Payments division to ensure payments are applied to bookings accurately.· Reviewing and approving deposits.· Liaising with clients and agents with reference to banking matters, payment support and account queries.· Liaising with other companies as needed to ensure funds are received and allocated correctly.· Chasing deposits and balance payments with promoters.· Working with assistants to ensure outstanding funds are accounted for, and payments, tax documents, and fielding any questions they have.· Providing customer service to agents and other stakeholders.· Post and maintaining accounting documents in the cloud software.· Performing ad-hoc projects as required and covering colleagues on annual leave.Requirements:· Possess general accounting experience.· Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.· Previous experience with a customer service focussed role.· Understanding of the nature of a talent agency and the entertainment industry.· Experience using NetSuite is desirable.· Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.· Strong communication and organisational skills.· Meticulous attention to detail.· Able to maintain discretion with sensitive client matters.· Capable of fostering business relationships.Please note that due to the volume of submissions, only successful candidates who meet the exact requirements will be contacted.
