The CEO is looking for someone who can who can work autonomously to delivery upon the company wide initiatives and strategy, being an inspirational leader for their departments employees, BAU and change initiatives.An tenured experience in Operations Management, Projects, Risk Mitigation and Governance, as well as proven Staff Management experience in the international foreign wholesale, private banking and treasury world is what he is looking to bring to add value inthis replacement role.To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify a COO of a UK based Branch of an International Foreign Bank, with wider knowledge ofWholesale Banking, Private Banking and Treasury. You must be a proven leader of staff, BAU and initiatives/change,but a sound understanding of running Operations, IT, Projects, Facilities, Risk and Controls functions.
