Citizen Femme is looking for someone creative, charismatic and ideas-driven to join the team managing beauty and wellbeing content, as well as engaging with brands for partnerships. Its an exciting role bringing your ideas and enthusiasm to shape this partof the magazine.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesHave a clear understanding of the distinct voice, style and audience to which Citizen Femme speaksRegularly contribute and manage editorial across beauty and wellbeingWork with the team to develop amonthly content strategydefining weekly content needs and partnership goalsIdentifying year-round engagement opportunities with leading brands in order to produce high-quality, compelling contentA proven track record in this sector with a brilliant black book of contacts is ESSENTIALA good understanding of social media and video content with a willingness to create content, bringing to life the visual aspect of Citizen Femme and the brands we work withUnderstanding our message and audience and know which partners compliment our brand IS KEY. Knowing how to actively pitch new and exciting collaborations that will get them on board with fresh ideas and new strategies with which we can make a real impact is a vital part of the role.You will need to represent Citizen Femme at relevant industry events.Excellent travel opportunities included.Essential Skills & RequirementsPrior experience in publishing industry in beauty/lifestyleAn articulate and engaging writing style, with excellent attention to detail and grammarTastes in line with Citizen FemmeCommercial awareness; able to generate innovative and creative content solutions and approach marketing contacts for relevant partnership opportunitiesUnderstanding of luxury marketA good knowledge of the Citizen Femme world and whos whoA nose for news: an ideas generator, eager to uncover original stories and anglesA brilliant contacts book for stories and possible partnershipsDedication, initiative and ambition for the brand is essential.
