You will manage all site-based activities to ensure that building contracts are delivered on time, to the required standards, and within budget, whilst maximising client satisfaction. They will be responsible for working with the Project Surveyor monthly givingall costs collated to variations on site.This role would suit a Contracts Manager who has a background working within a small developer and has run multi million pound projects.
