Job Description

Contract Product Delivery Manager | Construction | £500 - £750 per day OUTSIDE IR35 | Fully RemoteLangham Recruitment is excited to be recruiting a new Product / Delivery Manager for one of UKs largest construction companys new internet services divisions.Role:Your overall role will be to evaluate current processes/systems, identify improvements, map processes and put in place new processes for their products / services, mainly focusing on their residential voice and broadband product delivery and their current wholesaleaccess product.

  • Look at current processes and services and identify improvements and associated costs
  • Lead on the residential voice and broadband product delivery
  • Create a full product mapping function against the existing product set
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of products positioning within the market; including customer perception, knowledge of vendors, competitors, and analysts perspectives.
  • Contributing to product strategy for your solution area
  • Analyse and write new processes for the companies currently marketed products and future wholesale products
  • Make sure all services and procedures are fit for purpose and compliant with telecom regulations
  • Review current processes around provisioning, billing, rates review, cancellations and charges
Requirements:
  • Previous Product Management / Owner experience within an ISP / Telecoms Company
  • Experience writing process and improving products /systems in place
  • Used to start up or fast paced environments
  • Good knowledge of Telecom Regulations
