Brent Housing has completeda thorough restructure of our Housing Property Services team. The new structure will deliver important, exciting, innovative and supportive services to our 13,000 residents.In addition to our routine repairs, housing property maintenance and compliance services,we have an ambitious programme of planned maintenance, major tower block refurbishment and climate change improvement works. We are developing our service operating model to deliver Building Safer Futures, Climate Change improvements, and other services thatmake a positive impact to the Borough and other residents.The service has evolved to focus on delivering the service residents want. We want to ensure people live in well maintained homes and estates and we are pre-pared to put in the required level of investmentto achieve this.
