Job Description

Role PurposeThe Territory Lead will be responsible for leading the delivery of the local FM services for a sports brand company in the Territory. As a Territory Lead, you will provide (direct) leadership to a group of Site Leads and create an environment of accountability to the wider team to provide facilities management services through mobilization and steady state, across the Territory.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure the overall performance of the contract and required deliverables including: contract compliance, performance management against KPIs, cost savings initiatives, and customer satisfaction.Enable local Managers to deliver on the contract desired outcomes, across the portfolio of buildings in the Territory.Provide coaching, operational expertise and solutionsTo ensure the successful implementation of initiatives and programs including: savings program, energy program, QSHE, playbooks, training & development, and succession planning.To have a strong analytical and problem-solving approach applying value creation / innovation across FM services / supply chain.To work in demanding environments, managing change, multiple projects and deadlines.To establish effective business relationships with the customers and key stakeholders, and to interact with client personnel at all levels - Balance response to their needs whilst delivering CBRE commercial requirements.Present client reports according to the schedule agreed with the customer.Participate and contribute to the overall service and financial performance of CBRE through collaboration with other business unit leaders.Strategic overview of procurement activities, ensuring best practise, competitive pricing, development of strategic supplier relationships and proactive delivery of services.Oversee the supply partner management for the Territory supply chain through key relationship and supplier management process.Provide leadership, support and guidance on FM services for any Real Estate projects i.e. new buildings.Approve country market annual facilities management budgets and proactively manage the total facilities expenditure vs. budget.Ability to review and analyse complex financial / business reports / data and generate innovative solutions / corrective action plans.Accountable for the health, safety, security & environmental aspects of the delivery of facilities management.Ensure that Facilities activities and procedures adhere to applicable laws, policies and best practise guidelines.Overall responsibility for the SI7 system for theTerritory, ensuring use on a day-to-day basis, review regular outputs with the facilities team and the site data remains up to date and accurateResponsible for the line management of the Workplace Leads including HR processes, performance reviews and training.Person Specification/RequirementsDemonstrate strong leadership qualities to drive the performance across this expanding business and team.Significant experience in Facilities Management Leadership experience with ideally an engineering or hospitality background is preferred.Proven background leading teams of FM professionals across multi functions, at multiple locations and countriesProven experience managing a P&LStrong Technical knowledge / background.Awareness of workplace Health & SafetyFluent English speakingExcellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to write reports, analyze, and interpret complex business documents.Good customer facing skills .
