Job Description

Contract Manager TelecommsLondon - Hammersmith (Hybrid)Summary of key responsibilities/deliverables This is a key role in the Customer Build Department, leading on the Contractualmanagement and oversight of the Customer Build Turnkey workstack. You will have full accountability for the turnkey partners performance against the contract and to agreed performancetargets and commercials.What will you be doing

  • Manage contracts in accordance with its clauses, to support outcomes on the contract.
  • Manage delivery in handover of worksfrom the partner to Hyperoptic.
  • Ensuring targets and cost to complete through contractualmanagement of the partner and by driving best practice
  • Work with the Clerk of Works to validate the progress of the works and value of works assesments
  • Deliver on time quality checked and validated payment applications to support contracts
  • Finance management - record keeping and cost management
  • Build and maintain a strong and effective relationshipwith both external suppliers and internal teams
  • BuildAuthorisation of costs agreeing for the partner to proceed withworks on a site to site basis
  • Commercial management of costs
  • Quality check and administer the monthly payment processes
What are we looking for
  • Commercial and critical thinker
  • Contractmanagement experience
  • Strong excel skills
  • Construction contractmanagement (NEC/JCT)
  • Project management experience advantageous
  • Experience with MDU customer build and fibre deployment
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Experience similar in Quantity Surveying very advantageous
