We have just been instructed by a banking client of ours who are looking for a team of Lawyers to join them on a contract basis. This position requires Lawyers to assist with a look back review programme, focusing on its compliance with sanctions regulations in its operation of UK commercial and retail bank accounts and lending.The role requires the review of case files on Relativity, based on comprehensive guidance notes, applying complex guidance and exercising legal judgement.To be considered for this role, you must be a Qualified Lawyer with experience of undertaking a customer review in the financial services sector using a document review platform, as well as having experience of complex sanctions reviews.
