Job Description

Contract - CRM Manager - £200pd to £230pdHugely successful media organisation that has been in business for more than 150 years. They are looking for a CRM Manager to start ASAP until the end of the year.The Job

  • Use of Adobe Campaign to support the execution of the CRM strategy.
  • Work closely with the Analytics team to report on campaign performance to internal and external stakeholders
  • Optimise campaigns through testing and provide detailed reporting back to the business with recommendations
  • Monitor inbox delivery and blacklists
  • Responsible for creating, developing and reporting on email campaigns
    • You
  • Experience with Adobe Campaign
  • Working knowledge of HTML
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of working in cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of Javascript and ampscript for implementing dynamic content within emails would be advantageous
  • Proactive in seeking solutions for challenges
