Job Description

A top London-based Wealth Management Management company is looking for a Funds Senior Business Analyst with Target Operating Model Design experience to speak with the Portfolio Managers in the front office to help the IFAs create a method of managing moneyfor the deaccumulation phase of the pension cycle and to carry out ongoing enhancements and changes to the in-house built system to support this too.This role will involve liaising with stakeholders at various levels across multiple functions, but in particular the front office, so Portfolio Managers and Fund Managers.Fund Launch / Funds Launchexperience is nice to have, but not mandatory.This is a contract role up to £650/day umbrella rate (so inside IR35). This rate can flex if absolutely necessary for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:

  • End to end business operating models and how to design/write up and implement with business stakeholders
  • IT technical solution operation (not a technical IT BA, butsomeone who can do analysis that is technical in its nature both in terms of the subject matter of investment management / client portfolio rebalancing and systemised solutions used to carry thisout)
Required:
  • Strong Business Analysis experience
  • Wealth Management or Asset Management experience experience
  • Good Funds experience (in particular SICAV Funds / SICAVs)
  • Good front-office experience liaising with Portfolio Managers and so good understanding of Portfolio Management processes
  • Target operating model design experience - funds op model in particular
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing.
Nice to have:
  • Wealth Management experience in particular
  • Pensions experience - in particular, the decumulation phase of the pension lifecycle, although definitely not mandatory, as this is rare experience to have
