Job Description

A top London-based Wealth Manager is looking for a contract, Business Analyst / Project Manager with Confirmation of Payee and vendor-selection experience to help create and implement a target operating model to drive the necessary changes across both businessand IT for the Confirmation of Payee regulatory initiative and to drive an RFP process.Initially role will be 80/20 BA/PM and after a few months, it will change to 50/50.Hybrid working model. 2-3 days a week (most likely 2 days, but perhaps 3 days for the first month).True top name in the industry – will greatly broaden opportunities amongst other top Wealth and Asset Managers.6-month contract, with very high likelihood of extension for much longer.Responsibilities:

  • Carry out process definition, business process re-engineering, improvement and gap analysis of current/future-state processes in partnership with key internal stakeholders
  • Identify process gaps along with a root cause analysis of issues and use data to make fact-based decisions for process improvement
  • Key PM responsibilities to ensure effective delivery, also running the RFP process
  • Work across multiple cross-functional teams to ensure the development of an efficient and scalable end-to-end process
  • Liaise with process owners and tech owners to define tech requirements to support he process strategy and deployment
Required:
  • Good BA experience
  • Good PM experience
  • Wealth Management or Asset Management experience
  • Confirmation of Payee experience
  • Vendor Selection / Request for Proposal (RFP) experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
