Continuous Improvement Consultant - SC ClearedMy market leading client are looking to secure the services of a Continuous Improvement Consultant to work on critical project work over the coming months. The ideal candidate will be a specialist working as a Lean Practitioner who also is an expert workingwith Lean methodologies. Location: Hybrid (London)Duration: 6 Months (with possible extensions)Rates: £550 - £750 per day Clearance: SC Clearance essential IR35 Status: INSIDEResponsibilities:- Assessing processes within the business and making recommendations for improvements- Implementing lean methodologies to increase efficiency and productivity- Providing training and support to staff on lean principles and best practices- Continuously monitoring and measuring the success of implemented changes- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate waste in processes- Communicating regularly with management on progress and opportunities for further improvementKey Skills: - Strong understanding of lean methodologies and their application in manufacturing and defence- Excellent communication and presentation skills- The ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- A results-driven mindset and the ability to drive change within an organizationIf you feel you are a good match for this position or know a good Continuous Improvement Consultant who would be, please send an updated CV in with each application to .
